COMPOSITION Each Capsule Contains
- Mebendazole U.S.P 100 mg.
PROPERTIES
Anthelmintics
INDICATION
Roundworm, Hookworm, Whipworm, mixed infestations, Threadworm, Tapeworm, Pinworm.
DOSAGE
One tablet twice daily (morning and evening) for 3 consecutive days.
For threadworm & tapeworm – 2 tablets twice daily (morning and evening) for 3 consecutive days.
For pinworm – single dose of one tablet.
SIDE EFFECTS
Transient abdominal pain, diarrhoea, slight headache, fever and dizziness.
PRECAUTIONS
Impaired hepatic function. Blood count during the treatment of Echinococcus granulosus infestation.
CONTRA-INDICATION
Hypersense, infants and children under 2 years of age, pregnancy and lactation.
PHARMACEUTICAL PRECAUTION
Ridworm Tablets is to be stored in a cool and dark place.
