COMPOSITION Each Capsule Contains
  • Paracetamol B.P 500 mg.
  • Phenyl propanolamine Hcl B.P 25 mg.
  • Chlorpheniramine maleate B.P 2 mg.
PROPERTIES
Antitussives, Expectorants, Mucolytics & Decongestants.
INDICATION
Adjuvant treatment in bronchopulmonary disease with excessive or viscous mucus.
DOSAGE
As directed by the physician.
SIDE EFFECTS
Nausea, epigastric distress. Rarely it can cause acute toxicity may result in hepatic failure. Tachycardia, severe hypertension, renal failure in previously normaotensive patients, restlessness, dizziness, headache, stroke, nasal dryness, dryness of mouth, tightness in chest, paradoxical CNS stimulation.
PRECAUTIONS
Renal or hepatic impairment, analgesic nephropathy. Renal impairment, bladder neck obstruction, pregnancy, lactation, including renal tubular acidosis, increases the risk of drug accumulation and adverse reactions.
CONTRA-INDICATION
Hypertension, prostatic hypertrophy or urinary retention, intestinal obstruction, glaucoma.
PHARMACEUTICAL PRECAUTION
Mixacrip caplets should be stored in cool, dry and dark place.
